RETURNS

 

Lipault products that were purchased on this Website can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as the products are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

 

In order to return a product, please fill out the form below to obtain a Return Reference Number and the address where the product is to be shipped.  We will then provide a Return Reference Number and a prepaid shipping label by email that is to be used to ship the product back.

 

Product shipped to Lipault US without a Return Reference Number will be sent back to the sender unopened at the sender’s expense.

 

If a product is being returned to Lipault US due to a manufacturing defect (see 3-Year Guarantee policy), once the returned product has been inspected and approved by Lipault US, the amount of the purchase price will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product; refunds can only be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product.

 

If a product is being returned for any other reason, once the returned product has been inspected and approved by Lipault US, the amount of the purchase price, excluding any expedited shipping fees that may have been incurred by the Purchaser at the time of purchase, plus a $10 restocking fee per item, will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product; refunds can only be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product

 

REPAIRS

 

In order to return a product for repair, you must first contact Lipault US Customer Service by filling out the form below to obtain a Return Reference Number and the address where the product is to be shipped.  We will then provide a Return Reference Number and a prepaid shipping label via email that is to be used  to ship the product back.

 

Product shipped to Lipault US without a Return Reference Number will be returned to the sender unopened at the sender’s expense.

 

If after inspecting returned product, we determine that it is covered by our guarantee (as detailed in the 3-Year Guarantee policy), we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. If we are unable to repair your Lipault product, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product. Lipault will pay to send the repaired product back to you.  Normal turnaround times for a repair can be up to 3-4 weeks from receipt by Lipault US.

 

If it is determined that the returned product is not covered by our 3-Year Guarantee, we will provide you with an estimate of what the repair will cost for your approval.
