All Lipault products purchased are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase. The guarantee, however, does not cover wear & tear due to regular use or airline damage. If your bag was damaged during airline transit, please contact the airline directly.
Should you have a problem with your Lipault product that you think is covered under the 3-Year Guarantee, please contact our Customer Service at 1.855.547.2858, M-F 10am-5pm ET so that we can give you a Return Reference Number and tell you where to ship the product. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility
If after inspecting returned product, we determine that it is covered by the 3-Year Guarantee, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. If we are unable to repair your Lipault Product, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.
If it is determined that the product is not covered by the 3-Year Guarantee, we will provide you with an estimate of what the repair will cost for your approval.
